Returns & Exchanges

At Recon 1, we stand by the quality of our apparel; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar mailer, ensuring all original hangtags and labels are included.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand off your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once our warehouse inspects the goods.
